Looking back Matthew Kelly says, "We try to satisfy those cravings with trivial activity and meaningless things." I don't take it as he is saying our little habits, or things we do for entertainment or recreation are a bad thing, but this is not going to bring us true joy..... God will always fill us with that joy-filledness we long for.
